Thanks to steph ravelle at svs, i have in hand my uk spousal residency visa. what an experience. i selected this organization based on their proximity to my bristol home (which was a non issue given pandemic and remote work) and their great reviews. very grateful for the guidance, all the coordination, file uploading etc. by svs. steph was generally very responsive to my inquiries. 2 modest issues prevent my giving 5 stars. first, the draft letter for my landlord created some concerns by the landlord given its language. it could and should have been crafted with local laws in mind. 2nd, i needed to know if i must go through border control with my visa, since ordinarily us citizens can use egates at heathrow. i would expect a visa service to know this information and although i'd asked for it numerous times, steph asked me to find out when i go through this time. all and all you would be in very good hands with svs and i plan to use them again for my visa renewal.

Anna and chris have helped me through from the beginning, which was the first part of the “residence permit”, then the renewal of the “residence permit” and recently the “indefinite leave to remain”. i can’t thank them enough for all the work that has been done. we all know how tiring and stressful that procedure is. i wasn’t worried through all the process with them. recently, during my “indefinite leave to remain” submission, i lost my passport just a week before doing “life in the uk”. it was a nightmare for me because i was stuck with no valid, out date, uk residence and no passport. which meant all the procedure had to halt until i get a new passport. we’ve been told at the embassy that a new passport will take between 4 to 6 open weeks. and with all what lebanon is going through at the moment, it might be much longer… anna and chris were fantastically calm about it. even though we were on the very end of the time allowed to submit all the documents and to have passed successfully all the required tests, anna and chris took all the necessary steps so everything went smoothly into a very happy ending. anna and chris are very professional.

Steph and chris were absolutely brilliant! great communication throughout the whole application, very reassuring, constant emails to tell me what documents were needed for the extended visa for my husband. fantastic pair. will recommend and i will be using them again in the future. many thanks.
