Went here for dinner after booking. Good service and comfortable setting. However, the price was on the expensive side considering the portion size. What we ordered: Naan, basmati rice, a Chicken dish (not sure if it was Chicken Lababdar or Bemisaal) and the Goan fish curry. The food tasted good. The gulab jamun which we ordered for desert, however, was a disappointment. The quantity was extremely less and it tasted like store-bought frozen gulab jamun.

Amazing food but the atmosphere was terrible unfortunately. We called up to say we’d be a few minutes late and were hung up on as I don’t think they could hear us. When we then got there we apologised and were shown to the table. The server came over literally 2 minutes after we’d sat down to get an order and we’d not even had a chance to look at the menu. I asked for more time and was told ‘orders are stacking up in the kitchen’ as a means to hurry us along. When food arrived it was great but the restaurant was so loud and all we did was watch table waiting staff being shouted at by other staff members and running around frantically with food and drinks. Great food but the atmosphere was not good at all which ruined the experience.

Worst management and rules. We tried to order for two person which was clearly mentioned for two person price and then the manager came to us and saying no you can’t order this as it requires more people and have to order it per person which is ridiculous. And then giving excuse how they will make profit. So it’s not customer concern whether the restaurant will make profit or not only the customer want is good food and good price. And the taste of biriyani was not even 5% of authentic biriyani. As I come from the place of biriyani I have a clear idea of taste

I recently had the opportunity to visit this restaurant, and I must say that my overall experience was quite disappointing. The restaurant had a dark interior, which created an ambiance that could have been cozy if executed properly. However, the lackluster service due to communication issues quickly became a hindrance to our dining experience. On the positive side, the food arrived in a timely manner. However, the quality and taste were far from satisfactory. The Aloo Tikki, which is typically a delightful potato patty, turned out to be a letdown as it contained only a paste made from peas. The Chicken Tak-a-Tak, touted as one of the restaurant's specialties, was an abomination. The flavors were off, and the dish lacked the authentic taste that one would expect. The Lamb Rogan Josh, while edible, had an excessive use of experimental spices that seemed to overpower the dish. It felt as though the chef was attempting to create a unique twist, but unfortunately, it didn't quite hit the mark. The Pilao rice was tasteless, which was disappointing considering that it should have been a flavorful accompaniment to the main dishes. The worst part of the dining experience was the naan bread. It seemed as if it had been brought straight from a superstore shelf. The naan was hard to chew and lacked the soft and fluffy texture that is characteristic of this popular Indian bread. This was a major letdown as naan is usually a highlight of any Indian meal. To make matters worse, the overall cost of the meal was £52, which felt quite expensive considering the poor quality of the food and the disappointing dining experience we had. Additionally, the restaurant's hygiene standards left much to be desired. The corridor leading to the restroom had an unpleasant smell, and to our dismay, there were no paper towels or hand dryers available. This lack of basic amenities came across as unprofessional and left a negative impression.
