I have used this company since i started my business in 2013. on renewing my annual insurance just now, i have just had the worst customer service from a male operator in london, whose attitude was vile. aggressive, & argumentative and he sounded more like an accusatory cop, rather than happy to sell you a policy! a voice which deemed anyone else, way less important than himself. after making assumptions, that because i was calling from abroad, he couldn't sell me a policy despite the fact i reside in london, but had to explain that to him, since he knew everything. a bully with a serious attitude issue, who realises he's spoken so down to a customer, he starts to call you 'sir', once he's absolutly peed you off.
