After 3 years of excellent service by Park Insurance I was lured away by the competition. My mistake! The next two months my new company requested more back up documentation requiring multiple emails and long spells on hold with them. Galal at Park Insurance came to my rescue on two occasions and again last Friday, Sarah at 10 minutes to 5 went above and beyond to have documents emailed to me from my former insurer. I was no longer a customer and there was no 'reason' to do this for me. Sarah even phoned me a few minutes later with "the requested info is in your inbox"! Wow, thank you Galal and Sarah at Park Insurance. I will be giving you every opportunity to have my business back next year. You guys ROCK!

I have to say, these guys are very thorough and good. They answer any concerns of queries via phone and email. Been with them for over 4 years now and being in London, they specialise in Insuring Storage units even if you're not a business. Insurance with these big companies, where it's a need to take with a unit are very very expensive, these guys are very competitive indeed.
