Izakaya Japanese Restaurant & Sake Bar

An absolutely amazing place to eat! i had katsu curry and my partner had a bunch of sushi. our food was absolutely delicious and we left very very happy! the staff were very attentive and fast, and the atmosphere was very relaxing even though the place was quite busy. i would recommend this place to anyone who is a fan of japanese food. absolutely outstanding. will be back.

I've been a few times to izakaya and have had good food each time. the staff are very welcoming and friendly. service is quick as well and the outdoor, on-street seating is a welcome addition. i had the tofu veggie poke bowl which was well made with fresh produce. pudding was 3 mochi (the roast pistachio one was excellent). reasonably priced, good food in the centre of bristol.

Great restaurant, really took great care in making sure that you knew which items may contain allergens and highlighted/crossed out the items to not order on the menu. super friendly staff, food was delivered on time and piping hot for the hot food, and cool temperature for the cold food. would recommend, the chicken karaage was very good. everything was well seasoned and the right portion size.

Fully booked, but we managed to get seats outdoors. their vegetarian tofu poke bowl was really nice! the kitsune udon was good too. the servers are really friendly. our food came relatively quickly after we ordered online. one downside of sitting outdoors is the restaurant is located on a slope, so be careful with if you are ordering soups!

Place is small but the staff are extremely friendly. food arrived quickly and tasted amazing, best sushi we've had and the octopus was fantastic. the drinks were nice but the homemade mint lemonade is out of this world. highly recommend going here if your in bristol.
