Excellent customer service from noemi ( who apparently was litterally on her first week here) noemi was patient and extremely professional with us whilst we were looking for a watch for my mother in laws 80th birthday present. we were in the shop for over 1 hour and bought her a lovely rotary watch, which noemi boxed and wrapped for us . we would definitely return here in the future.😊

I got my watch this time online, and it went perfectly. however, previously my mrs bought me a st christopher and chain from the store. the assistant was friendly and helpful, and knew her stock and products. offered extra insurance, which we didn't take. a nice little place to get your jewelry needs, and some cute ornaments. definitely worth a visit, as their prices are quite competitive, and usually something on sale in each of its categories.
