This man saved my christmas! he came out on xmas eve and fixed our door within 20 minutes!!... allowing my partner and i to go home to our families for crimbo! and he's friendly and good value... could have easily mugged us off for huge fees in our desperate situation!... but didnt. highly recommend!

Swift and expert response. steve is quick, friendly, and a great problem-solver - he didn't just do the bare minimum but found a good solution to our problem. recommend!

We recently used bristol local locksmith to install anti snap locks in our conservatory and our front door. steve did a great job, he was friendly, patient, gave a fast service and was very efficient too. the quality of work was fantastic and we were delighted with our new locks! this is also a double review as we had an emergency today where something else went wrong with our front door (not to do with the locks, it’s an old door) and we were left unable to get into our house. i called steve, as i remembered his website, he came within 30 minutes and managed to get us in the house, change the lock and give us advice on getting a new door handle set from tool station. when we called, he was actually on another job the other side of bristol. fortunately for us, the person’s house he was working on was happy for steve to come to our aid. we owe them some gratitude too, so thank you, whoever you were. i cannot recommend this company highly enough, we have dealt with steve both times, his customer service is top notch. thanks again for all your help! (the photo is of the new handle we bought from tool station, the lock is what steve installed... nice to be on the inside of the house again... yaaayyyy!)

Great locksmith. we had a very tricky door issue. he persevered and got it fixed. really appreciated the effort he put in to make sure we had a locking back door. highly recommended. also did not fleece us with the price which was very reasonable. thanks

Came back last friday from a holiday to find the rear garage door almost impossible to open. called steve and he was there within an hour to do a temporary fix. he came back the next tuesday with a new part to make a permanent repair. most impressed with the courteous service, speed of response and the neatness of his work. i highly recommend him and will use him again if i need a locksmith in the future.
