Dreams Bristol - Brislington

The team at Dreams in Brislington were excellent. From the moment we walked in the door they were helpful & knowledgeable [but not at all pushy]. Dan walked us through the assessment and found out as much as possible about how we slept and what we wanted. We tried multiple beds, multiple times, with 'test' pillows. If we need another bed for the kids, or spare room we will not hesitate to return. Thanks to all involved, great service.

I entered this store to try and figure out what kind of mattress I should purchase, I've never purchased a mattress myself before and had no idea how many different kinds are available. So I'm glad that I was approached by Steve who used the in-store technology as well as his own expertise to guide me towards the right mattress. In only 20 minutes I went from completely clueless to having a choice between 2 mattresses which both felt comfortable for me. This was very efficient high quality service which I would recommend to anybody wishing to purchase a mattress.
