I'd just like to congratulate you all at the bed superstore for such awesome customer service! from the initial point of sale right up until the bed was delivered & assembled this afternoon - we can't fault you :) please pass on my thanks and upmost appreciation to the guys who made the bed up for me this afternoon, they went above & beyond to help!

Purchased a new bed from here after recommendations from family. first purchase for our new house so we were very unsure. weren’t pressured at all and the staff were all really informative and answered all our questions. we went away and thought about it and came back a few days later to purchase. told 2-3 weeks for order. less than 2 weeks later i get a phone call to say it’s ready, organised delivery for when it suited me. the two guys who came were so polite and friendly and had the whole bed built within 30 minutes! went through all the care with me before leaving. super experience and will definitely use again. thank you!

Brilliant service! not only is our new bed perfect the service we received was excellent. very quick delivery and really friendly delivery men as well. highly recommended

Came into store on the sunday,needed a new mattress, was given some really good advice re mattress 👍. then had delivery on wednesday of new matress well impressed on how professional the guys were well impressed.would definitely used again.

Really happy with our purchase and with the customer service. it was great to have expert help when choosing a mattress and considering the effort the delivery team put into squeezing a large mattress up a tight staircase they are great value for money. would highly recommend.
