Good friendly staff is very helpful came back with a new phone , knowledgeable staff who were able to answer all my questions.

Although the staff were friendly and helpful enough, it seemed like (as long as you're happy to do so) you are better off going online to the O2 website

My husband wanted new phone - big numbers type, staff were patience with him lol we had a good laugh. Smile on everyone faces.

Customer service is top notch, no much crowd and fancy environment. Located is a very easy place to locate.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Travelled from Abergavenny and my sasmung flip4 was sorted and sent off for repair in a quick and helpful manner the same day.
