I highly recommend alex kemp from ideal mortgage advisors. he is always on hand when i need him, and always replies to emails on the same day, even when he was on holiday. when i got a mortgage recently, he offered to speak to the solicitors and the banks for the 2 mortgages i needed when there were some issues which was very appreciated. when there was a fall in fixed rates, he secured the new rate after the initial agreed offer, which would have meant him filling in a load of paperwork. i had a number of failed house offers over the years which alex completed the paperwork, which ultimately did not proceed. thank you alex for the amazing service you have provided over the years
