Maria and her team are brilliant. they have been coming to our house for a few years now and i don’t think i could be happier with the service. maria keeps in contact with us whenever it is necessary and has kept in touch through all of the covid-19 situation. if you want quality and confidence in who is in your house cleaning and to a fabulous standard then look no further than bm professional cleaning. we miss you guys and can’t wait for june when you will be back. susie & dave

We have now been customers for nearly seven years, so feel well placed to write a review! maria’s team of cleaners are absolutely wonderful and incredibly hardworking- they do not stop the entire time they are in the house! i couldn’t clean half of what they do in the time taken! really excellent attention to detail. maria is fantastic at communicating any schedule changes (for example around christmas), but she keeps them to a minimum where possible and works really hard to make sure you don’t miss a clean if your regular cleaner is ill or on holiday. maria is also really responsive if you need to make any changes at all (for example increasing or decreasing hours). i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend bm professional cleaning. it’s such a weight off my mind to come back to a clean and tidy house and one job ticked off the long to do list!
