Lewis is great. Really helpful and regular updates. He has visited my property to deal with a squirrel issue. Has been easy and great to deal with. Passionate about doing a good job and professional in his approach. The appointment and tracking updates are really useful too. He has been very flexible in completing this work too. He has proofed the roof areas really well and I have had many issues with these rodents over the years and first time I feel really happy and confident the issue permanently resolved. Highly recommend and I will use again for other work he carries out if needed as I won't need him back for the squirrel issues! Great guy and great service .

Lewis is brilliant - he quickly put my mind at ease when we realised the issue in our house and acted quickly to book us in. He delivers a really thorough service and is very informative, but also super responsive with amazing customer service. I had to reschule our second appointment at quite late notice twice, and he was happy to sort it all out super quickly. I would highly recommend booking Lewis if you have any concerns about any infestations at all.

From start to finish best pest control did a great job dealing with the pigeon problems on my panels. They would respond in a timely manner to any questions, provided a great quote, paperwork and invoices were detailed and professionally laid out. We had a rodent issue which was causing maintenance problems. Lewis came out the next day on a Saturday identified where they were accessing our house, & took the appropriate action to remove & stop them accessing. He then came back twice after to monitor, our rodent issue is now gone. Lewis is a very knowledgeable & lovely person. Highly recommend.
