Staff always helpful and generally happy, Products can be pricey but you get what you pay for at the end of the day, pet club is well worth it.

This was our only option on a Sunday at 10am for a pet store and it didn't dissapoint. The birthday pooch loved it's gifts. There was a good selection of treats, pick'a mic and toys. The shop assistants were friendly and open right on time .

Staff are very helpful and very knowledgeable. I’ve always been able to get what I want in store. And the staff I’ve always had time to help me as a new dog owner.
