Longevity Training with Alex Parford at Bristol Physiotherapy Clinic in Redland, Bristol has massively improved my strength, coordination, flexibility, balance and mobility. Being in my 40s it is more important than ever that I train and move in the best way to prevent injury and keep motivated and it is great to find training that is specifically for over 40s. Alex is so knowledgeable about the subject of longevity, he sets realistic goals, adapts exercises to suit me and makes the sessions challenging but fun. My general fitness has improved but so has my overall health. Thanks, Alex. I tell all my friends about the Longevity training.

I booked in for the mummy MOT with Rosie, it was brilliant! I wanted to check that I could get back to exercise and discuss some lingering pregnancy aches and pains. She made me feel so comfortable and was really knowledgeable. The follow up information including exercises to do has been invaluable. Thank you again!

I've had a great experience at Bristol Physiotherapy with Alex. I initially went there looking for shockwave therapy to try to solve what had become a long term knee injury post operation. Alex assessed that shockwave therapy wouldn't really help my injury and we started physiotherapy. Having been to multiple physiotherapists in the past and being on and off crutches, Alex has taken me from struggling to walk for any distance to running (and improving my running technique!) and climbing again. Thanks Alex!

Rosie was lovely & reassuring. I feel so much better after months of worry. Thanks so much! I’m looking forward to getting back to fitness & knowing I’ll be able to run around after my little one. Which until yesterday I didn’t think would be possible after a rubbish time postpartum! Would definitely recommend the mummy MOT for anyone who’s concerned after a tricky birth.

Highly recommend seeing Rosie for a Mummy MOT, however long its been since giving birth. I went at 17 months and wish I had gone sooner. Rosie is very knowledgeable and puts you at ease. I have found my gym sessions are much better since following her advice and my back is so much better. Looking forward to a follow up session.
