Longevity Training with Alex Parford at Bristol Physiotherapy Clinic in Redland, Bristol has massively improved my strength, coordination, flexibility, balance and mobility. Being in my 40s it is more important than ever that I train and move in the best way to prevent injury and keep motivated and it is great to find training that is specifically for over 40s. Alex is so knowledgeable about the subject of longevity, he sets realistic goals, adapts exercises to suit me and makes the sessions challenging but fun.
