Following a highly comprehensive consultation with Dave Lee, he provided me with an appropriate list of strengthening exercises during a second visit. Having the gym available to demonstrate the exercises was excellent. Highly recommended.

I’ve been running for years but started getting pain even after short runs in one of my knee, I have seen gp and was advised to contact professionals who deals with sports injuries and I came to this clinic. David was really helpful, recommended a lot of exercises and I learned a lot how to improve my running technique. I managed to do bristol 10k run in 3 months time and had no pain after at all! Thank you for all your help - I can enjoy my runs again :)

My initial phone consultation and advice from Liz was excellent and she booked me in for sessions with experienced ultra runner, Alex. Alex was awesome, hugely knowledgable and a really friendly dude. I initially came in due to long term injury which was soon dealt with and healed with some shock therapy and adaptive training. As well as the shock therapy, Alex was incredibly valuable building my strength and conditioning routine to ensure repeat injury and a trouble free future trail and ultra running. Would highly recommend!
