Darren has delivered everything and more as promised on a number of occasions, going beyond the normal service to make sure our heating was working correctly. He is extremely knowledgeable and was the only one out of a number of “experts” who delivered the correct analysis and solution. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Excellent company. We had a new combi boiler fitted and we were on a tight deadline as we were going on holiday. Darren moved work around to fit us in which we were extremely grateful for. Work was carried out to an excellent standard and a lifetime guarantee is given too. Darren always replies to queries as does Natalie in the office. Very professional and a great company to have work done by, Darren really knows his stuff. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Darren had great comms and was the first to get back to me of several local plumbers with a price and date (which was much sooner than expected). On the day him and Sam were on-time, professional and went above and beyond to replace the heating element in my towel rad, which was a slightly awkward job in the end. Also offered advice on my heating system, would 100% recommend and use again.

I asked Darren and Sean come and replace my ageing traditional-boiler, remove the hot water tank and water tank in the loft, and fit a new Vaillant combi-boiler with a Nest thermostat. The process of working with Darren from beginning to end was a pleasure and extremely straight forward. I had already done the research on BOOST and the reviews from BOOST's customers were the deciding factor, so I'm happy to be able to add to them. Darren 'got' exactly what I wanted, and there was no selling on his part. I could tell from our first meeting with him that he knows his stuff and every suggestion he made was based on sound experience. I wasn't sure whether to go for the Nest or Vaillant smart thermostat, but Darren's advice helped me to make the decision. Darren sent his quote through by email as a PDF and followed it up with a phone call just to check I'd got it. It's safe to say that it was very competitive, but equally important it was simple, clear and explained exactly what the cost would be and what I would be getting. As with all quality trades people we had to wait to get a slot, but we weren't in any rush as our existing system was working. It was a pleasure to have Darren and Sean in our house during the installation, which took just a day and a half. They were prompt, always putting down dust sheets when in the house, and were polite. Where they needed to break through internal or external walls, they made good. The work they completed was of the highest standard and the installation 'just happened'. At the end of the installation they showed me the work that had been completed, how the boiler worked, and some basics of the Nest thermostat I have really high expectations of the quality of work that I complete for my customers, and my experience is that Darren and Sean have exactly the same. I've done the worrying for you, and so please take my advice that you should not have any worries about approaching BOOST to complete any plumbing work for you. Darren and Sean's craftsmanship is of the highest quality and they are both a pleasure to work with.
