Naomi is absolutely fantastic, I can’t recommend her enough - she’s the best at what she does. Every time I visit the whole team Footworks are really friendly and professional too. A 5* experience all around.

I recently used Footworks and this is my experience. I have had pain in my big toes on and off for awhile now due to ingrowing toenails, and wanted to get this sorted. One of my friends is currently on the NHS waiting list for this and she has been waiting 4 months and another has been waiting 9 months so this is what made me what to go private rather than being on a list. From my first phone call to when I was actually seen for the procedure was only a week! The receptionists were all very professional, courteous and welcoming over the phone and I also explained my issue via email and I had a response from Ruth Giffney. Ruth Giffney was my podiatrist at Footworks and when I arrived for the appointment/surgery she took the effort to explain things very clearly to me and to put my mind at ease before she did anything. She was incredibly knowledgeable on the subject and took the time to answer my questions, and explain what will happen during and after the surgery. During the procedure she took the time to ask me about my interests too to help put me at ease during the procedure. During this process it was all handled smoothly and went like a well oiled machine! She then explained what I will need to do to make the surgery a success and to continually care for my toes moving forward. I left feeling well informed as to what would be happening over the next few weeks. I was then booked in for a redressing the next day to make sure that it was all in order and to give me some dressing supplies. I had a final follow up a week later with Ruth and things have progressed very well and I am very pleased with the result. I found the staff were excellent at Footworks but I do have to single out Ruth and say she was exceptional! To anyone thinking about doing this or something similar, I highly recommend Ruth and the team at Footworks. I have already recommended them to my friends. Thank you Ruth and Footworks!

Thanks so much for the help. I had an infected blister on the bottom of my foot which was causing me intolerable pain - called Footworks and managed to get a same day appointment with the incredibly polite receptionist. The podiatrist was also really helpful, polite & considerate. Thanks so much again. 100% recommend

I went to footworks for a nail surgery and the experience was better than I could have hoped for! The team are amazing and so professional and kind, and the information was so helpful afterwards. 10/10!!

I hope this may allay some anxiety for parents whose children need to have nail surgery. My ten year old had two separate nail surgeries with Ruth Giffney and it was the smoothest, most professional and compassionate experience. It couldn't have gone better both times. Ruth was very reassuring and gentle with my daughter; she understood the anxiety surrounding such a procedure and knew exactly how to engage with her and reassure her. She is a consummate professional, I highly recommend Footworks.
