Green Acorn have done tenant referencing for two of my properties. I chose them as my agent after going through their reviews on google and I must say that they have kept up to their reputation. I have had a very pleasant and hassle free experience with David who has been very professional in his dealings and the communication has been excellent. On both the occasions he found quality tenants for my properties and that too fairly quickly. I will surely use their services in future and do recommend them highly.

My experience with Green Acorn has been excellent, you couldn't ask for anymore from a landlord or letting agent. They have always been friendly, thoughtful and extremely helpful throughout my tenancy. They were always quick to respond to my queries and fast to solve any problems. Uniquely, they also strive to find tenants who would fit in with the current tenants. My housemates were all of a similar age and all sociable, many of them have become good friends. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Green Acorn Property is an agency that I would recommend anyone, especially those, who is looking for a flat to rent. I am an overseas student, and as it turned out, in Bristol it is difficult for students to find a flat to rent. However, I was very lucky to meet David from Green Acorn Property, who helped me with finding a needed flat and moving into there. It is worth mentioning that I needed to move into the flat urgently, because I didn't have any other place to go, and David helped me to arrange it immediately, even if it was Sunday. Also, when I had any questions, David used to give me quick responses to them via e-mail. So, I recommend Green Acorn Property to everyone as it is an agency, which really cares about its clients.
