From my experience, since the initial contact, getting the essentials checks done and move in, the service provided was remarkable and incredibly fast. Danique and Sian were always very kind and helpful. The only thing that I think they could improve is the telephone service, always busy.

PJP currently introduces amended customer service features. It addresses a very high demand and number of inquiries that this hard working team receives daily. It tests well already and better every day. They are about to adapt the newest technologies to make access to information, problem solving, and staying in touch easier and more effective than ever, for clients, landlords, tenants and contractors. Significantly modernising and taking feedback seriously which is a sign of really well thought mission in the property management industry!
