Nice old fashioned pub with a modern menu. Clean with pleasant atmosphere and staff.

We popped in for a late night drink so it was not very busy. They had a few board games that we played. Service was nice and friendly and the pub was clean and tidy.

Busy. Staff were great. The chicken wings tasted like a pot noodle. Which was weird as I have not eaten one in 5years. Had to ask every time for my guinness to be topped up as they forgot. Packed during after work hours. But dead by 9pm.... May be due to the england game. Pretty good overall

Really enjoyed our meal here, Dan our server was extremely efficient and polite. He was constantly making sure everything was nice and clean and clearing the tables, ensured he checked back to make sure the meal was nice for us and cleared the table soon after we had finished eating. Wish I had taken a picture of my pie but it was by far the best out of any green king pub I have been to Thanks again!

Nice place, reasonably quick to be served. The food was ok, meat bit fatty and there was no stuffing on the stuffed chicken dinner.
