Good, unpretentious harbourside boozer, good ale, cheap food and maps on the wall are worth having a look at too.
One of bristol's historic harbour side pubs. a proper classic boozer with friendly staff and a good selection of drinks. full of local character.
Brilliant. the perfect resting place at the midpoint of the famous bristol harbourside walk. sit outside and watch the boats. escape from the bedlam of the city center. london pride only £4 a pint, can you believe. fast friendly service. really old school. highly recommended.
Food is very nice and very well priced! plenty of good food and drink. book for sunday dinners but during the week generally okay to walk up. beer garden benches to the front for a lovely waterside pint. staff are always really nice!
The nova scotia, in bristol is an old fashioned pub with outside space looking over the docks area. good reasonably priced food and real ale. nice friendly serving staff. public areas a bit tired but with character of a authentic and non modernised dockside pub. it is busy for the good reasons it has an excellent location, good food and real ales.
