Staff were friendly but prices may be a little high. I do need to return an item, as the spindle is too big for the lock it was purchased for. They generously dug out some extra screws for a lock we have been having trouble with, at no charge to us, and set about fixing the lock we brought in that had failed there and then. They offered helpful advice about what to replace a worn out and now defunct lock with, too.
