I would like to thank you very much for the prompt and efficient service you provided me recently. I was very pleased when your engineer appeared on the agreed date and time and proceeded in a very systematic and professional manner to check all parts of my existing system. When the testing was completed he took me through a thorough demonstration and a quick lesson on how to use the system properly. I am now reassured that my property is fully protected and secure. I have no hesitation in recommending your services to my friends , colleagues or to anyone one who needs ‘peace of mind’ with their home or business security systems.

I am a manager of a pre-school which requires contractors to attend outside operating hours. This has never been a problem for BWS Standfast. They are very professional and efficient. Very good all round service.

As a Property Manager I am always looking for responsive companies with great communication - BWS are just that! They have a very efficient way of working and are extremely polite and courteous to my tenants whilst on site. Couldn't ask for a better service :)

Security is all about reliability; Standfast are not reliable. We will be going elsewhere. Standfast installed our security alarm system back in 2016 and we have paid monthly maintenance fees by direct debit ever since. They came out after an attempted break in at our house. It came to light the external bell had stopped working, but we were told they couldn't fix it that day because their ladder wasn't long enough. They then forgot to come back as they said they would, despite the imminent threat that the thieves would return. When they did come over they told us they couldn't fix the external bell because of its location on our wall (where they had installed it!). Standfast told us we would have to have to pay for the equipment to have the alarm bell removed or fixed. They took no responsibility for having installed it in that location in the first place and haven't even apologised.
