So great to see a company that still gives "service" ! polite, friendly staff that talk you through everything, show you to your storeroom, and even helped packing and pulling the trolley. i have used them in the past, and came back for the great service. and it still is. both great and service.
We’ve stored some of our belongings at big yellow for 3 years, and every time we visit the staff are so helpful. leaf’s customer service was 5*, and she went above and beyond to find a solution for us as we downsized unit. she went through all of our options and found something that worked. thank you leaf for taking the time and care to help us!
