Highly efficient, professional and friendly business. i have been using the storage facility for close to 12 months and have had a variety of queries along the way - always received a friendly and prompt reply and nothing is too much trouble. i have only visited the storage facility once, but i received a warm welcome and friendly service. the storage facility itself is secure and clean. top quality facility and customer service!

Currently using fox storage & easymove. the self store prices are significantly lower than some of the bigger locations in town. opening hours are more restricted, that's reflected in pricing - suits someone like me who needs longer term/ low frequency of visit. the premises and storage units are very clean and well presented. the staff at fox have been really great since first introduction, really nice and personable (colin / david / alison). very professional, highly recommend.
Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. called them up, i had storage within an hour. the place is secure tidy and safe. prices are reasonable compared to other local storage. it's not 24 hour; that suits me it just something you need to be aware of.
