Storage Giant Self Storage Bristol

Spent Sunday looking at various local storage solutions, even though we looked at other competitors, we went back and signed on the dotted line with Craig a Storage Giant. There was no hard sale, which put us off other places and he showed us around and was open, honest and did the best deal he could. He arranged a unit for us there and then which suited our needs and was in a convenient location.

I’d like to thank Dan for all his help the last few weeks! I was quite worried about the moving in process and he explained everything so clearly and was so friendly. He also helped us move our stuff out. Great service!

Had a storage unit here for 2 years and would recommend. At the time it was the best price I found in Bristol and it is easy to drive to. There’s every size unit there you can imagine - mine was approx a small single garage (could just about fit a 2 bed flat’s worth of stuff in there, if stacked really well) which cost £120 every 4 weeks. The whole building is very new and clean and feels secure. There are lots of trolleys to use for free and two large lifts, each big enough to deal with house moves. You use your own padlock and there is a decent free car park, which was busy but always had space for cars and vans. The staff are friendly and helpful - thanks Craig for all your help - and there’s always someone in reception during opening hours. Recommend!

Would first like to thank Daniel and Andy for the amazing team work and communicating with me, answering all my questions by email and sending me quotes for the right storage unit. They we quick at replying and also much on it. Craig has a great team in the Brislington Branch and would 100% recommend. Gave us the best quote and beat every quote else where we were given, even after shopping around they did the work. We visited the day before and Daniel gave us a great tour and we felt very welcomed. We came back the next day to open and accept the offer made on our unit and Andy was again very clear and supportive who helped and supported us throughout our unit journey. We are very happy with the customer service 100% by them all there. They were all very friendly and polite and what we wanted not just a safe and secure storage unit. I'd like to thank Craig who looked after us today. We arrived late, 15:48 on a Sunday when the office was due to close at 16:00. Craig couldn't have been more helpful and patient with us as we stored the contents of my son's student flat for the summer. The price was almost half that I was quoted elsewhere too, but I was especially grateful for such helpful, efficient service so late in the day. Thank you Craig !
