Booked a holiday with Virgin this afternoon. Leanne was great and nothing has been to much to ask, we have had various quotes over the past months and she has been very patient with us. Pleased to have got a nice holiday booked!

Steve and Harry went the extra mile in booking a holiday for me. Nothing was to much trouble and they looked tirelessly for the right location, package and deal. This took a few hours including some extras which weren’t easy to apply. There perseverance and friendliness was very refreshing and demonstrated “what good retailing” looks like. I would certainly recommend the team and wouldn’t hesitate to book in Bristol again even though it’s 70 plus miles away. Thanks again and keep up the hard work.

Very friendly and attentive reps. Helped us find and book our 2023 holiday with patience and humour! The only disappointment was the lack of brochures to take away.
