We ordered new dining chair cushions and the service from start to finish was superb. Fabric samples arrived quickly, followed by a prepaid bag to return a sample cushion in, although that wasn’t needed in the end. I cannot recommend the friendly staff enough. Even delivery date was discussed to make sure it was convenient for us. Our old cushions were 40 years old and it’s easy to spot the difference on the before and after photos!
