Words cannot describe how much i love this place. the teachers, the pod and the atmosphere is wonderful. the teachers is so welcoming, always offer assistance and caters to all abilities - you will definitely feel refreshed and a bit sweaty. but, you will come back for more.

Amazing yoga classes with a no non-sense approach. the instructors are all super experienced and professional, but they are also friendly and can read the room. i’ve seen both men and women of all shapes and sizes come here and enjoy their classes. great place for personal development and the classes are tough in a fantastic way. a huge fan and i’ve been attending their classes for almost a year now! thank you hpy team for making this place what it is.

Very unique experience but so relaxing! i used a friend's referral code to try hot yoga for free and had a great session here with rachel. the hotpot flow was more intense than i expected and the heat is insane - prepare to sweat a lot! if you don't have a yoga towel, they're £2.50 to rent for the session so bring a yoga mat if you want to avoid that. definitely popping back as their referral scheme gives me £5 off when a friend gets a free session and my joints felt so great afterwards.

I love hotpod. the instructors are so knowledgeable and helpful. they encourage you to go at your own pace and listen to what your body needs. they really care about your experience and helping you which is lovely. highly recommended!
