We purchased a chair today from the burnley store. jill was very helpful and went out of her way to source casters for us. the chair was delivered by duncan within an hour and it was after 5pm! excellent customer service. thank you
We recently bought a chair from hsl burnley and we were very impressed with the whole process. val was most helpful explaining about the fitting of the seat and getting samples of fabric to us very quickly. delivery by duncan was prompt and he ensured we were confident in using it. i highly recommend this company.
