Lee is a great Physio , he has really helped me , providing good exercises for my injuries and explaining everything to me about why I’ve had the pain I’ve have and what to do to relieve and strengthen the areas concerned .

Lee was very knowledgeable and gave me great information on how to treat my injury. I followed his guidance and now I'm back running confidently again. Would highly recommend going to see Lee if you have any running issues.
