LCC's Burnley Household Waste Recycling Centre

Well laid out. Good signage. Helpful staff. Only problem thus far is lazy/bone idle customers. The number of people that want to park right by the skip they want, while there are plenty of parking spaces about 20/30 metres walk away, causing pile ups, is astronomical. Walking is good for you.
