Very friendly. Jay tells it how it is and will design a tattoo for you if you give him a brief. Love all mine so far and wouldn't go anywhere else.

My wife had a tattoo on her back, done by Craig Turner. The original design we gave him fades into insignificance with the final out cme design by Craig. A stunning design and a fantastic job. Highly recommended.
