Staff absolutely fantastic and caring when we took our 9 Yr old cat Fred for tests, which sadly turned out to be bad news. They gave us plenty of time when it was time to say goodbye. Very sad visit but made bearable.
Very compassionate... Took my deceased cat to be cremated and they gave me some of her fur and made paw prints for me . Very lovely caring people.
