Exotic Feathers

Where do I start! We visited Exotic Feathers with a shortlist of potential parrots in mind for us to hopefully own in the future. I didn’t expect much as most pet shops do not give the best advice, but how wrong was I.. Bilal is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and will guide you into making the right decision for you, not into just buying the most expensive bird. We visited on multiple occasions and he was more than happy to share his knowledge each time. Bilal is happy to share photos of his set ups both in store and at home with his personal birds, as well as let you handle them which is a testament to how well they are treated and reared - he is absolutely lovely and a great keeper & breeder. We now have our gorgeous Galah Cockatoo and he is great. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Wow! What a shop. The owner let us have a no pressure look around the shop, helped us with great advice on all the birds and products and let us(including my young children) meet and hold one of the birds! It was more than a visit to a pet shop, it was closer to a visit to an animal sanctuary, all the animals were happy and healthy, plenty of space, company and enrichment and excellent quality products to boot. I will be buying my next pet here, guaranteed!

Beautiful shop, very helpful owner! The owner give us good advice on how to take care of budgies and helped to choose the right one for our preference. All birds kept in a very good conditions. 👌 They all looked very happy. 😊 Big range of different breed. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to get a bird. 🐦 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brought home a cute young canary and got good care advice from the owners. And she flys and frollocks freely. Tends to sing in the morning and after her midday nap. My cat seems to have some kind of mind control on her but she never listens to me. I copied what I saw from the shop and put a panel curtain over the doorway so she doesn't lay claim to the whole house.

Recently purchased a conure and a blue and gold macaw fantastic service, wealth of knowledge from the shop owner, loads of helpful tips for settling in and maintaining healthy birds. Stunning quality bred birds would definitely recommend!
