I’ve used Volksmaster continuously over the years and had no issues. Always fast and reasonably priced. Staff have always been polite and informative. I’ve had Seat, Skoda and VWs services there as well as my current BMWs. All good!

Fuel filler flap would not open on Audi A7 and I was low on fuel. I wasn't aware of Volksmaster at the time and had tried an Audi Independent near my home. They said it would be 3 weeks before they could do the job, 2 hours work and cost £200. Utter rubbish. Steve, the Manager at Volksmaster Bury, invited me to drop in same day. It took him less than a minute to release the flap and replaced a faulty part the next day in 10 minutes, cost £73. Not sure what other garage offers such a creditable service.

The service from Volksmaster in Bury was excellent. I had a number of warning lights on my dash which had been there for some time. Following an in depth diagnostic I was advised what work needed carrying out. I decided to get it done and it was the best decision I've made in a long time. So a big thank you to the whole team - finally no more warning lights on the dash. I highly recommend anyone who has issues with their VW to use Volksmaster Bury.
