Neil and his mechanic did a superb job at removing a stuck seat post for me. they managed to do this without damaging the frame's paintwork. while the bike was with them they spotted a developing problem with my brake cables. so, i asked them to service the bike. what i was most impressed with was they used their initiative. instead of having a fixed checklist to work against, they went through the bike and fixed whatever as necessary. for example, they repaired an unsightly bend on the brake hood.. great value. great service. my wife's bike is now booked in for its service with them.
