What an incredibly helpful service. lofty and joey rescued my cycle tour trip (le jog). they fixed the problem i went in for, sorted others, and gave good advice. a proper bike shop! very highly recommended! thank you.

Been a few times over the last few weeks. just waiting to collect my new bike. first one arrived damaged but the store kept me updated with the replacement on its way and i never had to contact them once. one member of the service team lofty was a delight to chat to and went above and beyond explaining everything i needed to know about my old/new bike. hopefully i'll get there today to collect my new bike. i wouldn't use any other bike shop now. number 1 by far, and lofty is an added bonus 😀

Excellent service as usual, went in for 2 bikes for the wife and daughter and was talked through various different options. they helped with the sizing and talked us through what would be best for the money we wanted to spend and was completely honest about not needing to spend more money than needed and we actually came out under budget to what i would have spent. came out with 2 happy customers and picking the new bikes up this week :)

Great bike shop staff are fantastic, range of stock is great, also brought 2 bikes in past and another very soon. highly recommended

Leisurelakesbikes at bury have been brilliant. firstly a small error on the initial order of a 2023 megawatt was made when a size l was ordered and posted as in stock but a size m was delivered to store so i was notified of this straight away and told an expected delivery date which i didn't want to wait till so looked at other options and went with the orbea wild m10 which i am so glad that i did. will at leisurelakesbikes bury was brilliant and we spoke on the phone to discuss options and got it resolved, he was very professional and shared his knowledge. delivery and communication of this was brilliant and arrived well packed, not damaged at all and had clearly been well looked after at the build stage and pdi. overall, i am super happy and impressed and would recommend leisurelakesbikes to anyone and everyone based on the experience i have had! fab job bury team.
