Wow, I simply went to look at a car I was interested in, Sales guy greets me and my wife, next thing we're sat having a coffee in a nice customer setting. I thought here we go a lot of haggling etc, but no.This is a company that negotiate a deal, really no pressure, no hidden small print. Anyway deal done with Keser, really good customer friendly guy , and drove off with my new motor. Fantastic service

The Car Co made my purchase very smooth, I love my new car and the service and repairs team were fantastic at sorting a few niggles and preparing the car. The whole service team looked after the car really well and were helpful throughout. I’ll use the service team to look after the car in the future. Very impressed, I’ve only used BMW main dealers for years and the service at the car co was better than I’m used to.

Good experience buying from Kes at the Car Co. Bought a lovely 2021 Tesla and contact/purchase experience was good. I was happy overall with the part exchange and purchase price of the car and it was in very good condition. Didn't really try to knock me down on my car (which was in excellent condition also) as some companies do. The only issue I had was that their insurance which was supposed to cover me for 5 days to drive it home until mine was sorted wasn't available - possibly due to it being a fully electric car, so I had to go back another day once I had got my insurance sorted. Wasn't really their fault - the insurance companies need to catch up - and they did stay open later in the evening for me to complete the purchase. Very knowledgeable and personable.

Had the pleasure of being Marks first sale today and my first purchase in a car dealership. Mark was helpful, really approachable and helped me after purchase with a minor (resistor in my air fans fault) issue that he immediately booked me in for a repair under the warranty he recommended with my purchase. Would definitely buy from the car Co again, and absolutely in love with my new car which was a cracking deal.
