Rug Cleaning Experts

Rug cleaning experts were great from my first phone call onwards. they collected the rug several days after i booked and returned it a short time later. it was great value for money and came back beautifully clean.

I had 2 moroccan berber rugs that i actually brought back from morocco. i was really nervous as i know over there they use black soap only and dry slowly as well. i was delighted with the rugs, they are really as good as new again. in fact when they were delivered i sent another one. excellent service as well, pleasant delivery personnel

Quick efficient service, however i have been left feeling disappointed as the rug is cleaner, but is still slightly dirty in parts with various amounts of dirty/bits throughout, it is definitely better and i was hopeful due to all the positive reviews. however sadly it has only perhaps cleaned it 55-60% and for the price i cannot recommend the service and would not use them again. to nit pick too, on the telephone they did say they would let me know (via text or email) whether it would be am or pm for the rug pick up so i am not waiting my entire day for a rug collection, which they did not do i had to chase. operators were friendly and fine but just wish i didn't have to do it. not a terrible service but sadly not what i was hoping for. edit: customer care did get in touch and did take the rug back free of charge with no hassle, they were friendly and professional. the result after re-clean was considerably better, it seems the first time round we may have slipped through quality control. we did however get forgotten about for around 3 weeks and i had to chase the rug to be returned, which they did promptly. overall the result of the re-clean was far better, they were professional and considerate throughout the process, i have adjusted the rating to reflect the good service. i would now be more likely to return and recommend.

Fantastic service, deep clean to my rug that had seen a lot of traffic, deep pile so difficult to clean myself. rug came back like new from when i bought it 6 years ago. going to make the effort to get this service done yearly now. highly recommend- great service, collect and deliver back when job done. took about 2 weeks but we’ll worth the wait.
