I cannot praise this company enough . I have purchased from them in the past but got swayed by AO. AO delivery driver damaged the washer so it was in operable for a month whilst I fought for a refund. Ck salesman was absolutely lovely and knowledgable with no pressure . Washer was delivered within 3 days for free , expertly fitted it and were lovely people. It actually worked out cheaper than AO , so don’t by swayed by AO as the customer service was terrible. Go to CK appliances every time . Absolute 5 stars for CK appliances 😀. There is no comparison . Thank you so very much .

We ordered a new microwave and oven, Malcolm was very helpful in making the decision. From there we had first class customer service from start to finish, tbank you Craig for going out of your way to resolve the small issue we had, and the two fitters were very efficient with a cheerful professional attitude. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you to everyone at CK.

We had a problem with a washer/dryer purchased 4 months ago. It was condemned by the manufacturer. Our first contact was with Malcolm who contacted the manufacturer to deal with what to do. He rang us back to keep us up to date. Malcolm was then days off and passed our details over to Jake. He was brilliant and sorted a new washer/dryer for us. We have bought electrical goods from CK in the past and will continue to do so. The staff are friendly, experienced and knowledgeable without being pushy. I would not hesitate to recommend this Company. Well done and thank you from one very relieved lady

Brilliant fantastic superb. What more do i need to say. Ck appliances are ace. Go in to the store. Immediately spoken to by a member of staff not pushy but just made contact asked me if I needed help. Told him what i needed he pointed out what he thought was in his opinion the ideal item His product knowledge was perfect. Not pushy like in other places. Both appliances delivered with no hassle at all spot on definitely go back if I need anything else delivery guys were fab The salesman was called Brandon. Definitely ask for him when you go in. Great company
