We had Olivia H deal with our issue regarding our landlord not doing repairs to the property we are in, going back three years in reportings to the letting agency. She dealt with everything on our behalf from getting reports together, contacting the agency for people to come round to the property when it worked for us, getting surveys done - absolutely did all she could in order for us to get the most out of our claim. She responded to our emails, very quickly and kept up well up to date with how the case was coming along throughout the different stages of the process. Couldn’t recommend her and her team enough. My solicitor was meghan Brogden, absolutely impeccable service. Always easy to get a hold of and speak to and I was always kept updated. It felt like she genuinely cared, even though the case wasn't exactly a large amount. Every aspect was explained clearly, and often multiple times, which helped me understand the ins and outs of case and what we could and couldn't do. I don't believe my experience with a solicitor could have gone much better and I believe meghan, her patience and professionalism was the reason for that.
