Just moved into a fabulous family home. lois & sam from the bury office have been wonderful. they both went the extra mile to understand what we needed as a family and found us the perfect house. they are very professional and i'd recommend pearson ferrier to anyone looking for services in the rental/property market.

Renting with pearson ferrier is turning out to the be the best decision my spouse and i made with regards to getting our own place. as first time renters, we harboured uncertainties but pearson ferrier made the rental process as transparent, humane and seamless as possible right from the first meeting with the pleasant letting negotiator during our apartment viewing. it has been a wonderful experience so far and we look forward to a rewarding rental future with the firm.

The staff are wonderful and always communicate well with me. this is in the form of email or telephone call if they need to notify me of any issues. they always find a tenant within 24 hours of property being advertised. they vet potential tenants really well and do not sign up anyone unless they are complete confident with them.

Lois and samantha have been fantastic from start to end. always available and always there to give peace of mind to any questions that might seem daft or insignificant. they were fast with moving everything through (private rental to private rental) - something i’ve never done before. thank you ladies for a transparent , open and speedy move! highly recommended
