Sharon was amazing she kept me update with everything by phone and she was very lovely to talk to in person. This company could do no wrong they where perfect in every way from start to finish. When i first walked into Unsworths Funeral Directors I had never had to organize a funeral before and had no idea what to expect. I was met by Heidi who immediately put me at ease. During my first visit the funeral arrangements were completed to our exact wishes including the flowers, service etc. The night before the funeral Jane called at our home just to make sure everything was okay. The Funeral itself was just as my mother would have wanted it to be. Even though the Winter months are often the saddest for many people, nothing was too much trouble even when we changed the music at the last minute.

At the most difficult time of our lives when we sadly lost our son, we were lucky to find Unsworths via Dignity. The staff, and in particular Keith, were very professional, kind, respectful and sensitive. We had no experience in arranging a funeral/cremation but everything went smoothly and we were very happy with the service. I can't rate them highly enough.

Dignity, in Bury were exceptional in their professionalism and care. A team effort but our face to face contacts were Kit & Sharon. We would like to thank them for listening, attention to detail, patience and understanding during our grieving process.
