Bluebird Care Bury & Bolton

My friend told me about bluebird care as she works for them , so I applied , and have been in this job for 5 weeks and I thoroughly enjoy it , meeting clients , helping them everyday is rewarding and enjoyable, everyday is different!! I would 100 definitely recommend this company. !

I have worked for Bluebird care since December 2020 and the company welcomes you as one of the team. They are very accommodating and professional. Allow you to shadow until you feel comfortable to go out into the community. Make sure you are up to date with training and if any further training is required they are more than happy to help. They are flexible with hours and give you a choice of your availability to work around family life. Definitely the best place iv worked!

I have worked for Bluebird for 4 months now, I have never worked in the care industry before and I have been made to feel very welcome. The office staff are so easy to get on with and have made me feel right at home from the very start. My carer colleagues are all very good team players and would always go the extra mile in helping each other out. All clients I have met so far are absolutely lovely and it's an absolute pleasure in caring for them and So very rewarding. I can honestly say I am so glad I took this career path and 100% happy that I chose Bluebird care and will look forward to my future with this company.

Since working for bluebird I have nothing but amazing words to say about this company. I have been at other company’s before bluebird and what an absolute upgrade! The office staff go above and beyond for you. I absolutely love my job, and bluebird have made sure that I am happy with everything, they go above and beyond for clients which is really lovely to see. All office staff are incredible to each and every client. I have never worked with such caring and lovely people! Very easy to get along with. The training that is provided is also great, you feel like your capable of handling the ins and outs of the job making sure you go out on the road with everything you need to know which is great! I just feel like they provide everything you need and make you feel comfortable. Overall the whole company feels like it cares as much about the employees as it does the clients. Very impressed
