Lynn was very helpful when as she informed me before buying that the earrings where gold plated and not gold (mum is allergic). If she didn't tell me this I would have gone ahead and bought them (mum wouldn't be happy about that). She then helped me find some that were gold. Very friendly and helpful! Thanks Lynn :)

Great experience! Me and my partner had our ears pierced and we also had put two little girls with us - the staff were great keeping them entertained whilst we weee able to have them done. Jemma did out piercing - she explained everything and was very helpful! Amazing staff and brilliant store!
