I had seen an eternity ring in the window that I liked for my special birthday. They didnt have in my sizes it has to be ordered in specially. They said they would do their best for it to arrive in time but could guarantee. I got a phone call to say it has come in earlier, tried it on fit perfectly, and absolutely beautiful. Excellent customer service .

Met all my requirements as to having my engagement ring and eternity ring resized. Wedding ring rhodium plated. All look like new. Thank you for a great job.

Fantastic service and extremely helpful. I took my engagement ring to be repaired and decided to get it polished along with my wedding and eternity ring, I can not say how happy I am with the results, they look as good as the day they were bought. Oh wow what a lovely guy. Called in today to see if my late fathers necklace could be made into a bracelet for my mother. He did the job there and then and wouldn’t take any payment! Very sweet of him and very grateful, one happy if not slightly emotional mum ❤️thank you

Fantastic experience - would recommend. Hello, I went in to the jewellers a few months ago and received some advice about a necklace I purchased off the internet (not from this shop) that had broken. The jeweller kindly repaired the item but suggested the same thing might happen down the line. A few months later it broke again. Today, I purchased a great men’s necklace that suited my budget and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks for the advice, help and service! Would totally recommend.
