I went in to warren james jewellery for a gold ring and was given good discount.
The assistant was friendly and very helpful. i was interested in a couple of rings. she guessed the right size for me and informed me instead of buying them separately i could buy two £10 cheaper. i was very grateful and did buy the two in a matching set. lovely girl . a credit to your staff
