Excellent service - I’ve used Authorized Access Systems Ltd previously. When I decided to change my locks Authorized Access were the first company I rang. I now live out of the area but Dave said they would come over to Lytham to replace my handles and locks. Lee the locksmith was professional, trustworthy, polite and extremely helpful. There was a mess on the floor with replacing the locks in a wooden door but when he left it was immaculate. I would recommend Authorized Access to anyone who needs help and advice with their locks and safes etc. I had a few discussions and sent a couple of emails to Dave but I felt that he understood what I needed and nothing was too much trouble for him. This company really cares for you - efficient, professional and a job well done. The peace of mind knowing you are safe and secure in your own home is priceless. Thank you.

I spoke with Dave explained my requirements & he was able to provide what I needed and also offered alternatives. He gave advice as to the pros & cons of each and why certain well known makes price for price did not meet my needs. When I arrived at the shop my order was ready and waiting for me.
